Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do as a club, we follow Basketball England's policies and are committed to providing a safe, positive environment for every player, coach, volunteer, and family member. All our volunteers require an enhanced DBS check and are also required to complete the Basketball England Safeguarding Course, ensuring they understand and uphold the highest standards of welfare and protection.
 

We also work closely with the Oxfordshire Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) service, following their guidance whenever concerns arise, so that every issue is handled promptly, transparently, and in line with national best practice. This commitment underpins our culture: basketball should be a place where everyone feels supported, respected, and safe to thrive.​​
